After obtaining her degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Minor in Psychology, she then achieved her Masters of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas in 2014. She is board certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Krista has experience for over ten years, specializing in urology, cardiology, interventional cardiology and radiology, intensive care, outpatient surgical services, dermatologic and minor orthopaedic medical conditions. She obtained her Advanced Aesthetics Certification from the Esthetics Skin Institute in 2019 and is a member of the American Med Spa Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Krista now dedicates her practice to Aesthetics and Wellness. She believes in educating patients and their family members regarding their healthcare and developing specialized pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic care plans for patients to feel and look their best.
